  • What form of payment(s) do you accept?

This store currently only accepts payments via PayPal.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies by product. Please check out the product pages for specific shipping rates.

  • Why don't some products come with a tracking number?

I send postcards and stickers via stamped letter mail. This makes it more cost effective for everyone, especially for international buyers. It is also less expensive for me to offer a refund or resend you things that may have gotten lost. :)

  • How do I know when you've shipped my order?

You will receive an email from BigCartel when the order has shipped, please check your spam inbox just in case! If you order comes with tracking, the email will include the tracking number.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes me 1 - 2 weeks within shop opening to pack and ship all the orders. After you have received a confirmation email about shipment, the time it takes varies by region.

US: ~2-5 business days

UK: royal mail is fast af, so ~1 week

Intl: varies greatly, possibly ~1 month

  • I need to get this for a someone's birthday or holiday or something super important ASAP!!

  • I forgot to buy something, so I made a second order. Can you combine the order?

  • It has been a long while and I have not received my order, what if it got lost?

  • Why don't you do preorders?

I am unable to do preorders for art prints due to how I order prints from my printer. I may look into doing preorders for future pins, shirts, or other items in the future.

  • Why do things sell out so fast? When will you restock?

When I purchase stock, I have based it on past sales thinking I will have plenty available - sometimes I underestimate my demand, apologies! Personal life events have made it difficult for me to regularly restock as I would in the past. I now try to notify people on twitter about when I am planning to reopen, but there is no set schedule, unfortunately.
